Join SKYTRAC at AEA’s 65th Annual International Convention
The Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA) is the voice of the general aviation aircraft electronics industry. To support its mission of facilitating the communication between members, the AEA annually hosts the AEA International Convention and Trade Show, amongst other smaller events throughout the year.
Soon after HAI’s Heli-Expo, AEA is hosting its 65th annual tradeshow from March 28 to March 31 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. As the largest gathering of general aviation avionics manufacturers, distributors, and government-certified repair stations, AEA offers industry members a unique networking opportunity. SKYTRAC will exhibit at AEA’s International Convention and Trade Show to showcase SKYTRAC’s modern avionics.
SKYTRAC offers industry-leading satellite communication (Satcom) hardware and avionic accessories for manned and unmanned aviation utilizing the Iridium NEXT constellation. While SKYTRAC’s broadband SDL-350 and IMS-350 Satcom terminals offer bandwidth speeds up to 704 kbps, the midband Satcom terminals, the ISAT-200A Series 8 and DLS-100, offer up to 88 kbps of bandwidth. SKYTRAC also offers the narrowband ISAT-200A Series 7 with 2.4 Kbps bandwidth.
These multifunctional and configurable systems enable mission-critical capabilities and effectively serve all aviation segments. These capabilities include Automated Flight Following (AFF), Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), satellite voice, text, and Push-To-Talk (PTT), Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) automation, Medical Data Transfer and Telemedicine, real-time Health and Usage Monitoring (HUMS), Global Aeronautical Distress and Safety System (GADSS), GigSky cellular connectivity, Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) communications, real-time Command and Control (C2), live video and data streaming for Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and sensor fusion. SKYTRAC’s avionics offer aviation a gateway to reliably access these capabilities at a lower overall cost than competitor Satcom systems and services.
