Sky Connect Wrap Up PR Cover

ATLANTA, GEORGIA, USA, March 11, 2026 — SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. (SKYTRAC) today announced the successful completion of the transition of all Honeywell Sky Connect customers to SKYTRAC, concluding the six-month process first announced in October 2025. Effective immediately, SKYTRAC will manage all sales, support, and maintenance for the Sky Connect product line.

On October 29, 2025, SKYTRAC announced it had acquired the exclusive and perpetual license to manufacture, sell, and support the Honeywell Sky Connect product line. Since that time, SKYTRAC has worked closely with Honeywell and its customers to transfer technical knowledge, customer information, and intellectual property, to ensure a seamless transition. This announcement marks the completion of that onboarding process and positions SKYTRAC to continue supporting the Sky Connect customers.

SKYTRAC now assumes stewardship of the Sky Connect Tracker systems, including the MMU II, MCT, and associated antennas. The completion of this transition underscores SKYTRAC’s ongoing commitment to providing aviation operators with robust, future-proof solutions designed to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational awareness.

“As we complete this transition, we’re excited to welcome the Sky Connect customers to SKYTRAC,” said Shane Sullivan, Vice President of Operations at SKYTRAC. “Our priority throughout this process has been continuity for customers, ensuring they receive the reliable support and service they expect. We look forward to working with all customers and supporting their operations.”
