Since becoming President of SKYTRAC in 2012, Malachi Nordine has been influential in driving OEM relationships, overseeing the growth of a global client portfolio and establishing a 24/7 customer support group. Malachi brings over 20 years’ experience in complex systems design and business leadership. Prior to joining SKYTRAC in 2007, Malachi managed the development of mission-critical level A avionics software at Honeywell Aerospace. As an Aerospace Engineering Officer with the Canadian Air Force he worked on the CF-18 simulator software. Malachi holds a Masters in Systems Engineering and a joint degree in Physics and Computer Science.
Jan van der Heul joins SKYTRAC from CHC Helicopter where he led a global team of key account managers that was responsible for a helicopter oil & gas portfolio representing over $1 Billion in services revenue. His sales successes extend across the world including Norway, the Netherlands, Australia, Latin America, Asia, numerous African countries, and Canada. His strong international sales abilities and commercial experience are ideally suited to SKYTRAC’s sales and business development strategy.
Jon Henderson is a Chartered Accountant, originally from South Africa, who has invaluable experience in a range of business roles, including finance, ERP systems, logistics, distribution and general management. Henderson’s talents and drive have enabled him to hold key leadership positions such as CEO, CFO, Financial Director, Financial Manager and Controller. His work has spanned a variety of industries across three different continents including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, building supplies, insurance, and engineering supplies.
Matt Flynn is Director, Western Region at Roynat Equity Partners and serves on the boards of several successful private Canadian companies in diverse industries including I-Netlink Inc. (Rural Internet), Digitex Canada Inc. (Office Equipment), Boulangerie St.-Méthode Inc. (Healthy Bread), and R-CAT Oilfield Corp (Oil and Gas Services). Prior to joining Roynat in 2006, Matt was Vice President, Prairies for an export finance company owned by a consortium of leading Canadian banks.
Rudy Palladina joined the SKYTRAC Board of Directors in 2016 bringing a deep background in the helicopter industry. Rudy’s early executive experience included leading the sales and marketing launch of Bell Helicopter Textron Canada. He moved on to become President and CEO at CHC Helicopters before joining Eurocopter Group (now Airbus Helicopters) as Executive Vice President of Eurocopter Canada and, subsequently, President and CEO of American Eurocopter Corporation. Rudy has continued to contribute to the aviation community by serving as Chairman and Director on a number of industry boards.

Bobby Sheth is Managing Director and Head of Roynat Equity Partners. Bobby is an experienced leader, investor and operating executive with extensive transaction experience in multiple sectors. Prior to joining Roynat Equity Partners, he was a Senior Investment Professional for H.I.G. Capital, a $22 billion multi-asset class private investment firm. Specifically Bobby focused on the $1 billion middle market LBO fund where he was responsible for all aspects of the investment process. Bobby earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Toronto and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
